My husband, Tom, served two tours in Vietnam as a United States Marine. After graduating from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Police Science, he spent 28 years as an Investigator for the Arlington County Police Department. In 1998 Tom received one of the most distinguished awards a Police Officer can receive. He was awarded the National “Top Cop” Award which was presented by the President at the White House.
